The House
"El Balcón de Alboreca" is a beautiful rural house 8 km. from the beautiful city of Sigüenza, in a quiet hamlet called Alboreca.
the house has six cozy rooms with bathroom, a large living room and dining room and a wonderful garden with stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Its careful decoration inspired by delicate gemstones, generates a warm and cozy atmosphere to make your getaway a unique experience.
The house has 6 attic double rooms, with wooden ceilings and floors, spacious bathrooms with large bathtub and LCD TV. All of them, decorated in different styles, colors and smells depending on the precious stone that gives it its name, invite you to rest and enjoy the beautiful valley that can be seen from the windows. In addition, in our most special room, "lapis lazuli", we have a hydro-massage bathtub. The first floor has a spacious dining room, decorated with its own style and very cozy.
Here you can enjoy our delicious breakfasts, with homemade pastries, delicious toast, jams and local honey. In the evenings, by candlelight, we also offer the possibility of having delicious homemade dinners, prepared with products from our garden. On the same floor we also have a bright and spacious living room, decorated with care and charm, with a small library, piano, fireplace and large windows, from which you can enjoy views of the garden and the mountains.
